Norges Sildesalgslag has decided to change some of the routines for access to Extranet. Terms for access (level 2 with price information) will be affected
Byers who buy catches through Norges Sildesalgslag for at least 6 months per year, will (as a main rule) have all-year access, and no changes will be made compared with existing routines. However, some exceptions might may occur. These will be related to need for flexibility due to various seasonal activitiety.
The type of access (whole-year-round or periodic) will be evaluated and might be changed if there is a considerable future change in a buyer’s activity throughout a year.
It is also important to Norges Sildesalgslag to have an updated register of users with access to the companies' Extranet site. The purpose is to close the access for personnel who leave or changes their positions. All companies with access wil receive a letter where they are asked to update their list over approved personnell for access. The letter will also explain more in detail about reopening accounts for seasonal activity.
Letters are now being sent to buyers, a similar excercise will be done for access for people connected to vessels and vessel-owing companies
Changes may be made on your Extranet site (for company administrators) or by mail to Norges Sildesalgslag. Personnel with access type "company administration/" will in the future regularly be asked for to control and to updates when logging on to Extranet on www.sildelaget.no.
If you have questions or comments on this information, please do not hesitate to contact Norges Sildesalgslag.
Unusual little of mackerel last week. Better for the North Sea herring – and some sprat and horse mackerel.
Better for the North Sea herring, some horse mackerel for consumption. Still scares of coastal mackerel and “Svanaug Elise” is heading for the Norwegian Sea.
New prices from September 3th 2018
Still difficult conditions for the North Sea herring, - though, the best week so far with more than 20.000 MT registered.
The North Sea herring is still widespread, – and miserable weather condition for the mackerel up north.
An even week for the North Sea herring, a little better for mackerel up north, - and the sand eel season is over.
