Fish Control has launched their new website

Fish Control AS, currently in the process of being established, has launched its own website to provide information about the company's operations.

Fish Control is a subsidiary of Norges Sildesalgslag SA, established to simplify and make the legally mandated sampling of industrial catches in Norway affordable for both fishermen and buyers.

The company is headquartered in Bergen, with inspectors stationed in Egersund, Karmøy, Måløy, and Ålesund.

Fish Control is financed by a fee per kilogram of raw material from Norwegian and foreign vessels delivered in Norway, and Norwegian vessels delivered abroad, paid by the vessel. The fee is determined by the board of Fish Control in consultation with Sjømat Norge and Norges Sildesalgslag.
