Here you’ll find user guides for the new applications and services from Sildelaget.
Digital channels are becoming increasingly important in today’s society, and this also applies to Sildelaget. In line with broader societal developments, a growing share of traffic to our website comes via tablets and mobile phones. We’ve responded to this trend, and our new logged-in pages/extranet are now adapted for all devices.
To use the new services, you’ll need two apps on your phone:
Auth0 Guardian
We’ve developed a new and secure login system with multi-factor authentication – download the Auth0 Guardian app from the App Store or Google Play today! Auth0 will be used for logging in to both the extranet and our new Sildelaget app.
- Username: Email address
- Password: Sent via SMS from Sildelaget

CatchSign
We now offer a simple e-signature app for signing landing and final sales notes. The app gives you an overview of all your signed notes, and it is required for signing notes in the new extranet. Download the CatchSign app from the App Store or Google Play.
You activate the app using the signing user credentials you already have via Sildelaget.
- Username and password = Signing user (Date of birth + first 3 letters of last name + first 3 letters of first name) + signing password
