According to the law on firsthand sales of wild marine resources $11 (LOV-2013-06-21-75 - fiskesalslagslova), and NSS’ Business Rules $6.7, NSS is given the opportunity to determine minimum prices for the first hand sales of wild marine resources.
Recent changes show a increase of 10.37 % in the fish meal indicator and an increase of 15.45 % in the oil indicator. The new minimum prices are due to an increase in oil prices. These new prices will come into effect from 22. Jun. 2026.
