According to the law on firsthand sales of wild marine resources $11 (LOV-2013-06-21-75 - fiskesalslagslova), and NSS’ Business Rules $6.7, NSS is given the opportunity to determine minimum prices for the first hand sales of wild marine resources.
Recent changes show an increase of 8.47% in the fish meal indicator and an increase of 13.33% in the oil indicator. The new minimum prices are due to an increase in both fish oil and meal prices.
These new prices will come into effect from 08. Des. 2025.
